Ask a questionAre the documents generic templates?
The Complete Policy Bundle uses the company details and logo supplied during setup. The customer still needs to check that the finished procedures match the way its operation works.
Do the documents guarantee compliance?
No. The materials help an operator set, explain and record its arrangements. They do not replace good management, legal advice or the operator’s responsibilities.
Is online issue and sign-off available now?
Yes, through the optional PolicyProof subscription. Workers can read and acknowledge on mobile. The issue, reading time, acknowledgement and policy version are kept in the company Evidence Vault.
Do I lose my policies if I do not take PolicyProof?
No. Purchased policies remain owned by and available to the company. PolicyProof is the separate optional service for worker distribution, reminders, new acknowledgements and workforce evidence.
Can I buy one How-to Guide or Toolbox Talk?
Not yet. How-to Guides and Toolbox Talks are in development and will be added to the live catalogue when they launch.
