A policy only helps when the company can control it, people can understand it and the evidence can be found.
Organisations often have the right intention but the wrong working method: documents from different dates, wording that does not line up, sign-off sheets separated from the policy and no simple view of who still needs to respond.
Keep Compliant was created from hands-on operational management experience to make that journey clearer. The system connects the company information, controlled document, worker task, retained evidence and later renewal.

Keep Compliant does not claim that a document guarantees compliance, removes an organisation's legal duties or replaces active management. We do not describe our materials as approved by a regulator or accreditation scheme. Every organisation must make sure its arrangements match what happens in practice. Requirements vary by sector, employer and role.
