A policy only helps when the company can control it, people can understand it and the evidence can be found.
Transport businesses often have the right intention but the wrong working method: documents from different dates, wording that does not line up, sign-off sheets separated from the policy and no simple view of who still needs to respond.
Keep Compliant was created from hands-on transport management experience to make that journey clearer. The system connects the company information, controlled document, worker task, retained evidence and later renewal.

Keep Compliant does not claim that a document guarantees compliance, removes an operator's legal duties or replaces active management. We do not describe our materials as DVSA approved. Every operator must make sure its arrangements match what happens in practice.
