1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies can also store or read information so that a site works, remains secure or remembers a choice.

2. Cookies on this website

The hosting service may use strictly necessary security, routing or session technology to deliver the website and protect it from misuse. Google Analytics is optional and remains disabled unless you choose “Allow analytics”. We do not use advertising cookies.

Used only for site delivery, security, load balancing or an explicitly requested feature. These technologies are not used to build an advertising profile.

Google AnalyticsOptional — off until allowed

Used to understand visits, popular pages and how people move through the public website. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. Your choice is stored on your device so we do not repeatedly ask.

3. Website-assistant storage

If you use KC Assistant, the website stores a random conversation reference on your device. This lets you return to the same saved conversation without creating an account. The conversation itself is stored securely on our service, not in your browser. Starting a new conversation or clearing site data removes the reference from that device.

4. Optional cookies

Optional Google Analytics is used only after you allow it. Rejecting or ignoring the choice will not prevent access to any public content or change the service available to you.

5. Managing cookies

You can use your browser settings to delete or block cookies. Blocking strictly necessary technology may cause a protected or account-based feature to stop working.
